We're eSift, a multi award-winning
recruitment solutions provider
Our journey began in 2008 when businesses focused on two things, developing their in-house capability
and reducing their reliance on recruitment agencies to address their anticipated growth once the
recession had passed. During this transition period, businesses needed a flexible resource to support this
strategy, and eSift was born.
To this day, we are proud to have evolved our services to meet the expectations of our clients and gain
the recognition of many as a “true recruitment partner”.
With this commitment of a loyal and consistent team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, we have continued
to retain many large corporates and thriving SME clients through our ability to attract, engage and deliver talent.
