Transforming Recruitment: eSift’s Outstanding Cost-Saving Achievement
Saving over £350,000 in agency fees within 6 months for a small tech scale-up without an existing TA function. eSift focused on direct hires, employer branding, and eventually establishing an internal function, resulting in significant cost savings.
Successful Staffing for Client Business Acquisition
Facilitating the acquisition and transfer of part of a client’s business in 2021, where we successfully placed over 260 employees, fully staffed a newly created shared services function consisting of 83 heads, and drove cost savings in excess of £300k, earning us a FIRM Award in 2023.
Driving Efficiency: Achieving £1m Cost Savings for a Leading Food Manufacturing Organisation
Providing ongoing support to a leading food manufacturing organisation since 2021, achieving a milestone of £1m in cost savings within a 17-month period in December 2023 by our Recruiter alone.
Achieving 97% Direct Hires for a Global RPO Firm
Recruiting a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABP’s) and Resourcers for a global RPO firm, resulting in increasing direct hires from 62% to 97% and significant cost savings within 6 months.
Transforming Talent Acquisition: eSift’s Not-for-Profit Success Story
Collaborating with a Surrey-based Not-for-profit organisation, where we reduced the time to hire to just 25 days, minimised agency reliance to 3%, and placed 23 critical hires whilst developing their Employee Value Proposition and enhancing the interview process.
Empowering Recruitment: Achieving £500k in Cost Savings for an Engineering Organisation
Assisting an engineering organisation to establish an in-house recruitment function, with over 200 roles filled and £500k saved in agency fees over a 3.5-year period.
